It seems to me.....that there are "forces" at work, in America which seek to undermine and destroy the very fabric & fiber of this great country.

1st...let us look at the 2 Judges out in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco. These 2 Judges claim they read other rulings on this matter before ruling that..."Under God', was "Unconstitutional". They decided that this decision was appropriate. The outcry which ensued from this outrageous ruling was immediate and strong! Even the members of Congress rushed to the steps of the Capital Building to recite the Pledge, shouting out "Under God", louder than all the rest of the Pledge. Toooo Kewl!!

This ruling will never stand but should it make it way to the Supreme Court...it shall surely fall there! We should give a gold star to the 3rd Judge, who disagreed in this ruling. He certainly deserves our admiration, if nothing else.

The perpetrator of all this commotion is Dr. Michael Newdow..... (Mr. Wiley Coyote)...who claimed he did this to protect his little daughter from being "forced" to say the Pledge in school. What we now know.....is that his daughter is a Christian, going to a Christian school and also attending Calvary Chapel, in California, along with her Mom, who is a Christian also. What we now also know is that there is a custody battle going on for this child!!

Aaaahhhh...now we see that Wiley Coyote, has a "hidden agenda" with this lawsuit. Except now, it is no longer "hidden". I remember the old Roadrunner cartoons, with Wiley Coyote...always trying to get the best of the Roadrunner but, in the end...he either ran into a tree....or got himself blown up or fell off a cliff!! I think in the end, the Wiley Coyote in this case.....is going to fall off the cliff himself. I believe it is called "Sowing & Reaping"!!!

Last but not least, is the Corporate Greed, we now see in all its Ugliness!! In the movie, Wall Street, starring Michael Douglas, as Gordon Gekko,  he makes a speech in which he says: "The point is, ladies and gentlemen, that greed, for lack of a better word, is good. Greed is right. Greed works." ~~~~~ Well...Greed may work for those Unscruplous, Deceitful, Sleaze-balls at the top, but it sure doesn't work for those who have investments on Wall Street! Over 50% of Americans are invested, in some capacity, in the market, whether it is stocks, bonds, Mutual funds or 401k plans. These criminals, for that is what they are, have done more to harm our Economy, then the Terrorists did on 9-11! Our economy was growing at about a 6% rate since the beginning of this year...now investors have lost confidence in the market!

Their hopes & dreams for the future have now been shattered by tricky, "Creative book-keeping", by "Cooking the books" and taking huge salaries, and even bigger bonus', while not caring in the slightest for the Investor!! ENRON, WORLD COM, MERECK, and now others are coming to the surface, like dead, bloated bodies!! I hope these criminals will receive heavy PRISON sentences, allowing them plenty of time to reflect on this greedy, vicious thing ...they have done! If not....then they need to open the prison doors and let out the guys who stuck up 7-11's and other stores or were caught smoking dope or other crimes for which they received stiff sentences. These Corporate Criminals have "murdered" the hopes & dreams of millions with their practices. But I guess, they can't receive the "Death Penalty"...for these Murders!!! I guess it is O.K. to murder the heart & soul of a person as long as you don't murder the body!!

I am not a person who is invested in the stock market. I am just an average American citizen who is disgusted with these antics of these...Gordon Gekko-types!. I am just an American citizen, who is watching to see if Judges, like Bevis & Butthead can truly prevail. I am watching to see if any more Wiley Coyotes' appear! I have tried to write in a sensible way, not letting my anger show but frankly all of this is pissing me off!!!
How about......YOU!?
